About Amy Wiggins

After graduating from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Business Management, Amy began her career working in advertising sales and marketing for the new home building industry. Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment inspired her to become a business owner, launching a successful marketing and design firm, iDesign, Inc. Throughout her 25+ years running her own company she has gained diverse customer service expertise working with various types of companies in multiple industries. Amy’s most rewarding project has been working with ESPN in event development over the past 10 years for the winter and summer X Games in Aspen. Since she was young, Amy always had a vision of life at the beach. After spending many years in Colorado, she went after her dream and traded the snow for the sand. Amy has worked with The Beach Group and their agents for the past twelve years assisting them with real estate marketing including producing and publishing the 30-A Real Estate Guide. Amy currently lives in WaterSound Beach and enjoys walking the trails with her labradoodle Woody, skiing, hiking, basketball, travel, music, and sunsets on the beach.

As a real estate professional on Scenic Highway 30-A, she enjoys connecting and assisting clients to find investments and beautiful beach homes all along the Emerald Coast!
